We installed a custom gypsum ceiling to introduce depth, dimension, and a polished finish. The modern lines and clean geometric layout offer a contemporary visual appeal while enhancing acoustics and lighting diffusion.
💡 Ambient Decorative Lighting
Lighting is more than function—it's atmosphere. We used ambient decorative lighting elements to create a warm, welcoming glow throughout the space, strategically highlighting focal points and textures in the room.
🖥️ Modern TV Console
The wall-mounted TV console adds minimalist charm while serving as a central design feature. Its sleek finish complements the overall color palette and offers convenient media storage.
🧊 Modern Island Top
The inclusion of a floating-style island top adds a sophisticated yet practical touch. It functions as a transitional element between the sitting and dining areas, enhancing the spatial flow.
🎨 Dove Grey Wall Color
To ground the room, we selected dove grey for the walls—offering a neutral yet luxurious backdrop that pairs beautifully with bolder accent pieces and lighting tones.
⚡ Gold-Coated Electrical Fittings
Small details matter. We used Gold-coated fittings for electrical components to maintain a consistent finish and a modern, cohesive look throughout.
